ClaimMateIndia provides information and guidance related to potential unclaimed insurance policies, government schemes, and bank deposits. We do not guarantee claim approval or recovery of any funds.

Not Affiliated with Banks or Insurers
We are not affiliated with any government authority, insurance company, bank, or financial institution. We do not represent or act on their behalf.

Booking Fee Purpose
The service charge collected is solely for providing research support, claim awareness, documentation guidance, and portal navigation help.

Client Responsibility
The final claim submission, follow-up, and fund transfer is the full responsibility of the nominee, beneficiary, or legal heir. ClaimMateIndia will not be responsible for delays or rejections due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

No Refund Policy
Once a booking fee is paid and the research process is initiated, it is non-refundable, irrespective of claim outcome.

Information Usage
All personal data provided will be used only for research and communication related to the claim. We do not share or sell user data to any third party.

Time Estimates
Claim-related information checks and eligibility confirmation may take 5–10 working days depending on the case.

Fraud Alert
Any attempt to provide false documents or impersonation will lead to cancellation of service and legal action.
