Refund Policy – ClaimMateIndia

Eligibility for Refund:

1. Refunds are NOT applicable if:

You have received the report or service as described.

The claim was found ineligible after verification.

The process was delayed due to lack of response or incorrect information provided by the customer.
 

2. Refunds MAY be considered only if:

You were charged twice for the same service.

A technical error prevented successful service delivery.

The service was not initiated or delivered within 7 working days (and no communication from our team).

Refund Request Process:

Send an email to: support@claimmateindia.com

Include your Order ID, Name, Registered Phone Number, and reason for refund.

Our team will review the request within 3-5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
